C&rsquo;est <strong>le groupe basque Biltoki<\/strong> qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 choisi pour cr\u00e9er un <strong>march\u00e9 couvert<\/strong> autour de cette infrastructure historique de 1000 m\u00b2.\u00a0<em>\u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;ambition est de recr\u00e9er la place de village o\u00f9 les habitants et travailleurs du quartier pourront faire leur march\u00e9 et se restaurer\u00a0\u00bb,\u00a0<\/em>a expliqu\u00e9 le groupe lors d&rsquo;une consultation. Parmi les artisans et commer\u00e7ants pr\u00e9sents, on retrouvera la <strong>boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie Maison Marnay<\/strong> g\u00e9r\u00e9e par <strong>Thierry Cotillard<\/strong> et <strong>Nicolas Marnay<\/strong>. Une autre maison nomm\u00e9e la <strong>Maison Mar\u00e9chal<\/strong> va \u00e9gayer les admirateurs de r\u00f4tisserie et de volaillerie. La charcuterie sera assur\u00e9e par <strong>Ham&rsquo;s<\/strong> avec des produits venus de France, d&rsquo;Espagne, de Suisse et m\u00eame d&rsquo;Italie. Les primeurs de <strong>L&rsquo;art du potager<\/strong> s&rsquo;occuperont des fruits et l\u00e9gumes tandis que le chef local d&rsquo;Issy-les-Moulineaux <strong>Micka\u00ebl Mezianne<\/strong> orchestrera <strong>La Cuisine du March\u00e9<\/strong>.
