Le quartier d&rsquo;<strong>Oberkampf<\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pariszigzag.fr\/bar-restaurant\/bar\/bar-oberkampf\/\">bien anim\u00e9<\/a>, nous ferait presque oublier que la rentr\u00e9e est arriv\u00e9e. En remontant sa longue rue \u00e9ponyme, on tombe soudain nez \u00e0 nez avec une particularit\u00e9 parisienne. Est-ce une impasse ? Un passage couvert ? Non, c&rsquo;est une cit\u00e9 : la <strong>Cit\u00e9 du Figuier<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/olXK4KQOv88?si=AT5OdMQ4p806I_e4\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong><em>\u00c0 lire \u00e9galement<\/em><\/strong><\/span> : <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pariszigzag.fr\/insolite\/lieux-insolites\/facade-art-deco-hotel-boutet\/\">D\u00e9couvrez cette sublime fa\u00e7ade Art D\u00e9co\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Une cit\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;histoire ouvri\u00e8re<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Au niveau du 104-106 <strong>rue Oberkampf<\/strong>, on rencontre une porte verte qui ne paye pas de mine : on se dit s\u00fbrement qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une entr\u00e9e de parking. Eh bien, on aurait tort. Car de l&rsquo;autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 se trouve un <strong>havre de paix<\/strong>. Au d\u00e9part, c&rsquo;\u00e9tait une cit\u00e9 ouvri\u00e8re en marge du <strong>Faubourg Saint-Antoine<\/strong> o\u00f9 le bois \u00e9tait travaill\u00e9. Des ouvriers en m\u00e9tallurgie s&rsquo;y sont install\u00e9s au cours du XIXe si\u00e8cle pour \u00eatre au plus proche de leurs usines. Cette magnifique ruelle pav\u00e9e nous fait sortir instantan\u00e9ment du <strong>bourdonnement parisien<\/strong>. Les couleurs des maisons, repeintes par leurs nouveaux propri\u00e9taires, nous \u00e9tonnent d&rsquo;abord : elles d\u00e9notent compl\u00e8tement avec les immeubles parisiens. Ici, du <strong>bleu turquoise<\/strong> avec des touches <strong>vertes.<\/strong> L\u00e0, du <strong>rose<\/strong> tr\u00e8s clair. \u00c0 gauche, du <strong>rouge<\/strong> ; \u00e0 droite, du <strong>orange.<\/strong> Une palette de couleurs dans son enti\u00e8ret\u00e9, reflet peut-\u00eatre des <strong>artistes<\/strong> y habitant actuellement. Et puis, c&rsquo;est une jungle qui se pr\u00e9sente devant nous : des <strong>glycines,<\/strong> des <strong>vignes,<\/strong> du <strong>bambou,<\/strong> de l&rsquo;<strong>aloe vera<\/strong>, des <strong>fleurs<\/strong> de toutes les couleurs&#8230; Un v\u00e9ritable hameau verdoyant o\u00f9 l&rsquo;ombre des <strong>palmiers<\/strong> nous offrent un peu de fra\u00eecheur. Et, lorsqu&rsquo;un chat passe devant vous, vous remarquerez volontiers l&rsquo;<strong>immense<\/strong> <strong>figuier<\/strong> principal d&rsquo;o\u00f9 cette cit\u00e9 tient son nom.
