L&rsquo;une des villes les plus anciennes du pays, son histoire r\u00e9v\u00e8le d&rsquo;un r\u00e9el roman m\u00e9di\u00e9val. C&rsquo;est au IXe si\u00e8cle qu&rsquo;une <strong>forteresse<\/strong> y est premi\u00e8rement construite, lui donnant naissance. Plusieurs b\u00e2timents grandioses y sont b\u00e2tis pendant le <strong>Moyen-\u00e2ge<\/strong>, ce qui allimentent encore aujourd&rsquo;hui son <strong>immense patrimoine<\/strong>. Plaine fertile, elle connait un v\u00e9ritable essor lors de l&rsquo;industrialisation aux XVIIIe et XIXe si\u00e8cles. Maisons hautes et <strong>color\u00e9es<\/strong> au toits pointus font la <strong>beaut\u00e9<\/strong> de cette commune. La <strong>place du march\u00e9 de la Vieille ville<\/strong> en est un avant-go\u00fbt : un m\u00e9lange de <strong>b\u00e2tisses baroques, Renaissances, et gothiques<\/strong>. Splendides. Enfin, la <strong>Halle du Centenaire<\/strong> est une prouesse architecturale. Avec sa coupole couronn\u00e9e d\u2019une lanterne de verre et d&rsquo;acier, son style presque <strong>Art d\u00e9co<\/strong> lui donne un c\u00f4t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s <strong>grandiose<\/strong> et <strong>myst\u00e9rieux<\/strong>. Les <strong>pierogis<\/strong>, ces sortes de raviolinis fourr\u00e9s \u00e0 la viande, au fromage, ou aux pommes de terre sont d\u00e9licieux accompagn\u00e9s de cr\u00e8me fraiche. Il y a aussi dans la ville \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de <strong>caf\u00e9s jeunes<\/strong> et de <strong>bars anim\u00e9s<\/strong> pour faire plaisir \u00e0 tout le monde, alors direction la <strong>Pologne<\/strong> pour un <strong>week-end d&rsquo;octobre<\/strong> !
