Ni une, ni deux, il s&rsquo;attaque aux plans : ce sera une <strong>maison sur pilotis<\/strong> pour ne pas d\u00e9ranger la nature de l&rsquo;endroit. \u00ab\u00a0La maison reposera sur l\u2019herbe comme un objet sans rien d\u00e9ranger\u00a0\u00bb, pr\u00e9vient-il. Le <strong>bleu<\/strong> surtout, du ciel, se retrouve tr\u00e8s mat dans certaines pi\u00e8ces. Et le <strong>vert,<\/strong> la nature, vient contraster avec l&rsquo;\u00e9cume blanche de la fa\u00e7ade. La couleur <strong>participant \u00e0 la construction de l&rsquo;espace et<\/strong> <strong>jouant physiologiquement sur l\u2019homme, Le Corbusier<\/strong> en fait un usage tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cis et minutieux. Une merveille. Mais aussi, cette villa poss\u00e8de, presque \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tage, des ouvertures sur l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur. Ouverte au public en <strong>1997,<\/strong> elle aurait besoin de plusieurs travaux afin qu&rsquo;elle soit enti\u00e8rement mise \u00e0 jour. Malgr\u00e9 tout, en <strong>2024<\/strong> doit d\u00e9buter la construction d&rsquo;un <strong>grand mus\u00e9e<\/strong> reli\u00e9 \u00e0 la villa d&rsquo;une surface de <strong>7 500 m2<\/strong>.
