Ouvert d\u00e8s 1443 \u00e0 l&rsquo;initiative de <strong>Nicolas Ronin<\/strong> et de sa femme <strong>Guigone de Salins<\/strong>, l&rsquo;H\u00f4tel-Dieu fut b\u00e2ti comme lieu d&rsquo;accueil pour les grands malades et les d\u00e9sh\u00e9rit\u00e9s. Le b\u00e2timent, toujours aussi sublime, a \u00e9t\u00e9 adapt\u00e9 en <strong>mus\u00e9e m\u00e9di\u00e9val<\/strong> permettant aux visiteurs de mieux comprendre l&rsquo;histoire de cette ville et de cet hospice reconnu. D&rsquo;ailleurs, c&rsquo;est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment entre ces murs que se tient chaque ann\u00e9e en novembre la <strong>plus grande vente aux ench\u00e8res de vin du monde<\/strong> ! Le but ?
