Les plats sont g\u00e9n\u00e9reux, r\u00e9confortants, et surtout <strong>accessibles<\/strong>, avec des prix qui ne d\u00e9passent pas les 15 euros.<\/p>\n<p>On y retrouve les grands incontournables comme le <strong>b\u0153uf bourguignon fondant<\/strong>, les <strong>poireaux vinaigrette<\/strong>, ou encore le <strong>gratin dauphinois maison<\/strong>. Mais le chef, toujours inspir\u00e9, propose aussi quelques variations surprenantes, comme une revisite du croque-monsieur au comt\u00e9 affin\u00e9 ou un tartare de poisson agr\u00e9ment\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9pices exotiques.
