On l\u2019adore ce concept, on craque volontiers pour une coupe recouverte de chocolat et de pistache\u2026 mais le spectre du hors-saison plane. Ouvrir un bar \u00e0 fraises au c\u0153ur de <strong>l\u2019hiver<\/strong>, c\u2019est un peu une aberration : \u00e7a claque visuellement, c\u2019est fun sur les r\u00e9seaux\u2026 mais la fraise ne pousse pas sous la neige.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1464\" data-end=\"1848\">Outre la question du go\u00fbt des fruits hors saison, entre les trains, les livraisons, le stockage et l\u2019importation, le co\u00fbt pour la plan\u00e8te pique&#8230; De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, la marque affirme \u00ab\u00a0<span class=\"_ap3a _aaco _aacu _aacx _aad7 _aade\" dir=\"auto\"><em>Nos fraises viennent d\u2019Europe, la saison des fraises s\u2019\u00e9tend tout au long de l\u2019ann\u00e9e gr\u00e2ce aux diff\u00e9rentes zones de production. Nous travaillons uniquement avec des fraises de qualit\u00e9, cultiv\u00e9es en pleine terre et sans pesticides.
