Mais attention, n&rsquo;est pas incas qui veut :\u00a0<strong>on ne p\u00e9n\u00e8tre pas dans cette grotte p\u00e9ruvienne par hasard.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">C&rsquo;est un lutteur masqu\u00e9 ou pour les chanceux une h\u00f4tesse latine qui vous fera traverser\u00a0les cuisines du restaurant de l\u2019h\u00f4tel pour vous emmener dans les profondeurs. Et l\u00e0, tels des conquistadors, vous arriverez dans <strong>le Temple du Soleil<\/strong> : le vrai spectacle peut alors commencer et c\u2019est l\u2019alcool, le fameux Mezcal, qui attire toute l&rsquo;attention. A l\u2019origine, ce spiritueux \u00e9tait la boisson traditionnelle des paysans mexicains (\u00e0 ne pas confondre avec Le Pisco au P\u00e9rou). Aujourd\u2019hui il donne un coup de fouet \u00e0 nos cocktails parisiens\u00a0puisqu\u2019il d\u00e9passe les 40\u00b0 d&rsquo;alcool\u00a0! <strong>Caliente !<\/strong> Les moins courageux, eux, pourront se rabattre sur\u00a0un whisky dans une ambiance feutr\u00e9e et musicale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Loin des standards parisiens vite ennuyants, <strong>le Mezcaleria est le nouveau rep\u00e8re des aficionados des (vrais) speakeasy.<\/strong> En revanche l&rsquo;adresse ne restera pas confidentielle tr\u00e8s longtemps donc soyez malin et \u00e9vitez le we et le jeudi
