Pour les app\u00e9tits aff\u00fbt\u00e9s, le menu d\u00e9couverte en 5 services (79\u20ac) vous assure de go\u00fbter \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des plats signatures du chef : le saumon su\u00e9dois en gravlax sur un lit pomme-c\u00e9leri, le carr\u00e9 d\u2019agneau de Loz\u00e8re r\u00f4ti en croute de cacahu\u00e8tes d\u00e9coup\u00e9 \u00e0 la demande et l\u2019ananas Victoria flamb\u00e9 en
