Parmi les<strong> huit \u00e9tablissements<\/strong> en course figurait m\u00eame le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pariszigzag.fr\/insolite\/histoire-insolite-paris\/petite-histoire-du-ritz\/\" target=\"_blank\">Ritz<\/a>. En effet, l\u2019\u0153uf mayo peut s\u2019accompagner de plusieurs fa\u00e7ons, du plus simple ou plus \u00e9labor\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>On remercie l\u2019<strong>Association de sauvegarde de l\u2019\u0153uf mayonnaise<\/strong>, organisatrice de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement, dont est \u00e0 l\u2019origine le <strong>critique Claude Lebey<\/strong>. Le jury a finalement d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9\u00a0: c\u2019est <strong>C\u00e9dric Duthilleul<\/strong> qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 sacr\u00e9 champion 2018.
