Hypernature<\/strong>, c’est le nom de ce rooftop \u00e9ph\u00e9m\u00e8re install\u00e9 en plein coeur du 18\u00e8me arrondissement<\/strong> le temps d’une semaine seulement ! Un cadre de r\u00eave<\/strong> sollicit\u00e9 par la grande maison de champagne Perrier-Jou\u00ebt (fond\u00e9e en 1811), qui pour l’occasion a invit\u00e9 le chef \u00e9toil\u00e9<\/strong> Akrame Benallal \u00e0 composer des menus d’exception<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

C’est sur les toits d’un parking pr\u00e8s de la place de Clichy<\/strong> que prend place un immense espace d\u00e9di\u00e9 au champagne et \u00e0 la gastronomie<\/strong> : 500 m\u00e8tres<\/strong>\u00a0carr\u00e9s d’espace vitr\u00e9 avec bar \u00e0 champagne et 800 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s de terrasse<\/strong> avec vue sur la tour Eiffel : incroyable panorama<\/strong> !<\/p>\n

Le grand chef Akrame Benallal y propose des menus d\u00e9jeuner et d\u00eener<\/strong> en accord avec diff\u00e9rentes cuv\u00e9es<\/strong> Perrier-Jou\u00ebt : entre les bouch\u00e9es<\/strong> (milkshake d\u2019asperge blanche au tilleul, tartare de thon frais au sureau et tarte \u00e0 la rhubarbe<\/strong> et fleur de prunier) et les plats (caille \u00e0 la verveine<\/strong>, couteaux en ceviche, tarte fine<\/strong> de pois chiche, Saint-Pierre ou encore langoustines froides) on en salive<\/strong> !<\/p>\n

Sans oublier les desserts fruit\u00e9s<\/strong> pour s’accorder aux notes florales<\/strong> du champagne.<\/p>\n
